By using our AI Room Design App, website, or mobile apps, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. We've written them in plain language so they're easy to understand.
1. Accepting These Terms
When you create an account, download our app, or use our AI Room Design App in any way, you're agreeing to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
These terms are a legal agreement between you and DecorAI. We may update them from time to time, and by continuing to use our AI Interior Design App after changes are posted, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
2. Who Can Use Our App
You need to be at least 18 years old to use our AI Room Design App. If you're between 13 and 18, you can use it with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
By using our services, you're telling us that:
- You're at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent
- You can legally agree to these terms

- The information you give us is true and accurate
3. Your Account

Closing Your Account
You can close your account anytime in your account settings. We can also close or pause accounts that break these rules, are used for fraud, or for other reasons we decide are necessary.

How Billing Works
If you choose a paid subscription, here's what to know:
- We'll charge your payment method automatically each month or year
- We'll give you 30 days notice if we change our prices
- You're responsible for any taxes that apply
- If your payment doesn't go through, we may pause your account
Canceling and Refunds
You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep your access until the end of your current billing period. If you're a first-time subscriber and not happy, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, email us at decorai@rocketdigital.ai.
6. Rules for Using Our App
Please don't use our AI Room Design App to:
- ×Upload Bad Content: Don't upload anything illegal, offensive, or that invades someone else's privacy
- ×Break Things: Don't try to mess with our servers, systems, or other users
- ×Snoop Around: Don't try to access other people's accounts or private information
- ×Copy Our Work: Don't try to copy, steal, or figure out how our AI works
- ×Resell Our Service: Don't sell or share access to our AI Decoration App without permission
- ×Use Bots: Don't use automated programs to access our services without asking
- ×Pretend to Be Someone Else: Don't lie about who you are or impersonate others
If you break these rules, we may close your account without a refund.
7. Who Owns What
Your Photos
Your room photos belong to you! When you upload them to our AI Room Design App, you're giving us permission to:
- Use AI to transform your photos into new designs
- Store your photos safely on our servers
- Use anonymous, combined data to make our AI better
- Show your designs in your account
You can delete your photos anytime. Just make sure you actually own or have permission to use any photos you upload!
Your AI-Generated Designs
The room designs our AI Interior Design App creates for you can be used for:
- Planning your home renovation or redecoration
- Real estate listings and home marketing (Pro users)
- Sharing with family, friends, or your interior designer
- Inspiration and mood boards
Free users can use designs for personal purposes. Pro users get a commercial license too.
Our Stuff
Everything else in our AI Home Design App - the technology, design, logos, and AI models - belongs to DecorAI. Please don't copy or use our stuff without asking.
8. Understanding AI Designs
A few important things to know about AI-generated designs:
- They're Suggestions: Our AI creates ideas based on patterns it learned. Real rooms might look a bit different.
- Not Professional Advice: Our AI Room Design App doesn't replace real interior designers, architects, or contractors. For big changes, talk to a professional!
- Results May Vary: The same photo might give slightly different results each time - that's normal for AI.
- Furniture is Artistic: The furniture and decor in AI images represent ideas, not specific products you can buy.
- Building Codes: We can't guarantee designs meet local building requirements.
Think of AI designs as inspiration and starting points, not exact plans to follow!
9. Limits on Our Responsibility
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, DECORAI ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Indirect or unexpected damages
- Lost money, data, or time
- Problems from using or not being able to use our AI Decoration App
- Decisions you make based on AI designs
THE MOST WE'D OWE YOU FOR ANY PROBLEMS IS WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS MORE.
10. No Guarantees
OUR AI ROOM DESIGN APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DON'T PROMISE:
- That everything will work perfectly all the time
- That our service will always be available
- That results will be exactly what you expect
- That all bugs will be fixed immediately
11. Protecting Each Other
You agree to protect DecorAI from any problems that come from:
- How you use our AI Interior Design App
- Breaking these terms
- Violating someone else's rights
- Content you upload
- Breaking any promises you made here
12. Solving Disagreements
Let's Talk First
If something goes wrong, please email us at decorai@rocketdigital.ai first. Most problems can be solved with a friendly conversation!
If Talking Doesn't Work
If we can't work things out, disagreements will be handled through arbitration (a private process instead of court), unless your claim is small enough for small claims court.
No Group Lawsuits
Any legal issues will be handled individually, not as part of a class action or group lawsuit.
13. Which Laws Apply
These terms follow applicable laws, and any legal matters will be handled in the appropriate courts.
14. We Can Make Changes
We can change, pause, or stop any part of our AI Room Design App at any time. We might also set limits on certain features. We'll do our best to let you know about big changes, but we're not required to.
15. If Part Doesn't Work
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, we'll adjust just that part. The rest of the terms still apply.
16. The Whole Agreement
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and DecorAI about using our AI Home Design App. They replace any previous agreements.
